Help When It's Needed Most

Hi everyone,

For the past year and a half, I have served as the Chief Development Officer here at SC Thrive, a charitable organization that serves the people of South Carolina.  Our organization helps people live stable, healthy lives by making sure they can find food to feed their families, healthcare when they need it, and so much more.  I feel incredibly grateful that, every day when I go to work, I know my job is making a difference—even though fundraising isn't for everyone, it's a critically important part of making sure that we can fulfill our mission to positively impact people's lives.

SC Thrive is a not-for-profit organization that uses donations to expand our work, including things like providing fresh fruits and vegetables to underserved communities, helping seniors access healthcare, and assisting new parents with nutrition resources for their babies—just to name a few.  And, SC Thrive serves an important role as a connector and supporter of other charities in our state—something that not many people know.
