Pretty Powerful is a Black-led nonprofit creating opportunities for girls and young women to be mentored, supported, exposed to new experiences, and equipped with the confidence and real-world skills they need to become who they are meant to be.

Your donation supports our Mentorship Internship Program and the girls and young women participating in it.

This isn’t mentorship from the sidelines. Our girls are building relationships with mentors, gaining career exposure, developing leadership and life skills, participating in workshops, and having real conversations about confidence, identity, relationships, goals, and their futures.
